Visy alleges $3.3m theft by bookkeeper

A Visy Board bookkeeper has been accused by the company of stealing more than $three.three million. An order freezing the assets of Melbourne girl Loretta Delianov was extended in the Victorian Supreme Courtroom on Tuesday.
In an affidavit tabled in courtroom and dated final Friday, Visy's head of threat conduite and assurance providers David Latta said his investigations had discovered that $three,310,898 had been stolen by the defendant from Visy.

The court's buy states Ms Delianov should not touch any of her assets.
The buy contains a city home at 470-472 Little Lonsdale St, properties in Mill Park and Reservoir and cash held in financial institution accounts.
Ms Delianov's legal professionals applied on Tuesday for the case to be listened to in shut court, arguing it could affect her proper to a reasonable trial.
But Justice Jack Forrest declined the application, stating the police were but to turn into concerned and there was not a danger to her going through a fair trial.
Ms Delianov is nevertheless to file documents responding to the allegations.
Justice Forrest extended orders freezing Ms Delianov's assets right up until Friday.
